1)naruto vs Full metal alchemist vs Hunter X hunter vs Rurouni Kenshin - Reminiscence
2) samurai champloo

Bleach wasnt easy to watch for me and deathnote was very dark so i couldnt quite stand it..
X Tv was okay.. the plot so lah lah but the effects and animation was superb… so this doesnt go to the top list…
Inyuyasha was interesting but kinda boringg at times…
I watched so many others but i guess i cant remember …

Reminder to Self::When i go home i think i must definitely watch BERSERK and Ghost in the shell and ONE piece

What Happened

The plane took off without us.. due to this dickhead who was screaming in german for missing passengers. ASSHOLE! Its not that we dont get it but he was an italian man sounding like an absolute lunatic. I could not decipher what the heck he was saying. And to top it off, when we complained abt our flight going off, he jus said that he was yelling so loudly we should have heard it… TO me all these ppl are damn lazy. They closed the gate half an hour b4 taking off. ASSESSS

So, we were offererd business class seats to ROME! Freaking hell. Expecting the whole ” i am your slave” from the stewardess, we got the opposite instead. These air stewardess looked like they emerged from Bed and got readywithout a mirror. The service was abyssmal and at times like this, i applaud Singapore airlines in every way. Our fellow biz class frens had black berries in their hands and were acting all biz and impt with their laptops while i was fidgeting non stop and feeling appalled that the only thing distingusing this biz class was a CURTAIN! Also we were made to fly 3 hours more!!!

We stayed in 3 diff hotels cause our booking was IN JUNE and we didnt check.. Lodging was one big fat drama. We stayed in 3 diff B&B… ALL LOVELY and CLEAN unlike Paris!

5 Gelatos and 3 pizzas in 2.5 days. LOVED IT. DIVINE ….. i want to go back just to eat the ice cream… Italians really have good food, no wonder the men are quite burly… but quite handsome…

The Vatican was BREATHTAKING. I shall not elaborate. Its too stunning and full of grandur. Only an SLR camera would do it any justice… I personally tot the lourve was good… The Vatican is a million times more stunning..

We took a group tour of 55 ppl and getting in was almost an hour plus wait.. but it was worth the time and money because i got to jump the long queue outside and see michelangelo’s brillance in paintings, scupltors and history in the flesh. He painted the domes for 6 years in such an awkward position. He’s the old man in the montage above*i hope i’m right*.

THE VATICAN is a must see before you die…. By the time i had hit the vatican and st peters basilica* equally breathtaking*, i was in awe of how works of art like that could be created. Its so incredible…. I love love loved it…

The Colosseum is another must see. Fights took place btw gladiator and gladiator, gladiator and animals and animals and animals.

For such a gruesome past, this attraction is steeped in history and is such a magnificant beauty. Its been plundered and just standing on the 2nd floor looking down into the soily maze is amazing.. Then we wondered off into ancient rome where the roman forum was and i was dissapointed because the movies seem to have depicted it wrongly!!! Artifects and ruins are still being carefully exumed and it was all a little too overwhelming at times. The remains of history has never left me this awestruck b4!

The exciting part of it all was that incidentally we managed to save abit on entrance fees because we arrived on a special week- free musuem entrance!! That was nice. pplus we took a hop on hop off bus to see Rome, to avoid breaking our backs and feet.

On the last day, we didnt have much time as we had to catch a 3 pm flight. But after straining my brain with a CHINESE MAP* bloody tourist official gave me one despite me speaking English, the only language i can!!!!* i managed to get us to a PASAR MALAM MADE IN ROME!!! I WAS SO HAPPY>>>> over here in Munich everything is so square. not a pirated anything in sight K!
OKay there are 2 types of pirated bag man. one is the Indian guy along the streets of the pantheon and the trevi fountain and the another are the blacks at the real pasar malam… THE pasar malam types are much better but u have to bargain hard..they really know how to rip ppl of their $$.

Italians love to kiss and kiss and kiss. Everywhere i turn i saw couples kissing and its not normal kissing. Its very frenchy.
Below is one photo of this couple that was tonguing so intensively, i jus had to laugh!!! You could see their tongue and all. My, it was very passionate and GROSS….

If ever anyone asks me where to go, i would just say Rome for the Vatican and Basilica and Ice cream and culture. Europe is boring but Rome oh Rome is in a world of its own. Its not just about churches and castles. They have fountains and food and people and amazing artifects. Rome was truly not built in a day and i guarantee it wont BORE a soul.

The other housewifey is back and i am not so bored.
Shes really nice and smart and has good skin .. nicest someone i have met here.
Shes much much smarter than me and has a keen sense of direction and loves to travel.
phew good company at last.
ITs strange to meet her cause it gets my mind rolling about some issues…
She likes to be independent and free and career wise its a no worry for her.
will i ever be like that?
will i ever have a career that i am proud of?

hmmm… i wonder….
LeMas has been pretty down lately cause in abt 3 months we will be going home and where we will be staying is another issue altogether… Theres the worry of TO BUY A HDB or NOT and other things like if he can maintain my spendthrift ways… SIgh… i try to control it but its hard. Hes having a hard time all in all and i am praying this too will pass quickly.
Hes so smart and intelligent i just hope he knows that other ppl may pass judgement on him but hes still one heck of a guy. Surely a man who helped me win my 3M ad has more to offer than what other ppl may think. Its just whether or not he wants to.

But i had no choice..
My body hates this country so much. The weather, the water, the dry climate.

To sum up the experience.. i would say that i ALMOST fainted after standing up from the examining chair.
IT WAS NERVE wrecking and i may have to go again.. the discomfort is so…. Only a women would be able to comprehend this terrible sensation… ARGHHH…. i have never held my breathe for so long and i was administered a speculum for a ” virgo”, meaning a virign!!!! ITS STILL UNcomfortable..

thinking about it is making me white faced again.

I will be going to Rome next wednesday and a week after that, Istanbul. New York unfortunately was a 11 hour flight… No way.. i rather fly home.

Wish list for when i return home
1) i want to go to the doctor. I hate the docs here… it takes bloody long to see one and they open from mon to fri afternoons!!!!
medicine is not prescribed at the docs and you have to go to the pharmacy to get it!!!
I cant even deal with some lingering health issues cause i dont know if they will understand me well and i am scared of their docs.

I went to one when i was desperately sick and she checked my ear with this thermometer thingy… she just stuck it in without any warning and it opened in my ear canal>>> FREAKING HELL>> it was so pain cause of my ear infection… I yelped quite loudly..

2)i wana go to the dermatologist..
derms here suck

3)MOCHA SOYA.. i am going to drown myself in soya bean.

4) SHOP SHOP SHOP.. orchard road here i come…

5) kiss my chinchillas.. LOVE THEM SO MUCH

6) look at singaporeans and feel like i look normal.. no bridge nose and all.. hahaha

7) BUY NARUTO manga and VCD… thinking about Full metal alchemist VCD… hmm BERSRK manga

BUY BACK food… really no more cooking and washing for me for a long time… HOUSEWORK drives me NUTS>>> 1 year is enough… MOMMMM wheres my food??huk huk

9)GO to BK, HK, INDONESIA.. anywhere that screams CHEAP ASIA!!!

10) go to our favourite HIDEOUT place.. sembawang cinema!!! popcorn pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

5) the polite and well mannered and well groomed people and good looking men

6) the organic food …. organic shampoo and facial wash

7) the super prams!! THey have these amazing baby prams that look like it can be used for millions of years… thinking of a baby in the coming yrs…
